Mission of the Customer Support Center is "To provide best in class
service event management for our partners and their customers to enhance
customer experience".
Utilizing best in class call center technology the Contact Centers provides a
wide range of standard and customized call scheduling, call
registration, dispatch, monitor, escalation, debrief, and
closure activities. Service requests are managed and routed electronically or
via Interactive Voice Response to personnel with customer or account specific
skill sets.
The Contact Centers are complemented by a co-located Competency
